A Big Howdy (Welcome) to UTA International Students!
We would like to welcome you to UTA. We are excited that you are here. We are a group of campus organizations, local churches and community volunteers who are here to help you as you transition to living in Arlington, Texas. We also try to help you make connections within the community so you can have the best possible educational and personal experience while in Arlington, Texas. We look forward to meeting you!!!
Some of the things we offer are:
- Airport Pickup from Dallas / Fort Worth, Texas Airport (DFW) to UTA
- CareAVan Shopping rides to Walmart store to get groceries and household items in this town without busses or trains
- Used Item Sale to get inexpensive used furniture and household items
- “Big Howdy Party” a wonderful and fun party for all of you international students to start off the year!!!
