Senior Citizens of Greater Tarrant County Centers are available as resources to families who wish to offer their elderly a safe place to receive care and participate in fun activities. These activities for health and well-being include:
- Daily hot lunches
- Health screening
- Health and Nutrition education
- Physical fitness
- Legal clinics
- Confidential information and referrals
- Recreation and creative arts
- Specialized fitness program available at senior Resource Senior Center.

Lunch reservations are required by noon one day in advance. Contact center for serving times.
Older Adult Services – Case Management for older adults and their families regarding aging and care giving issues.
Volunteer Services – Community service opportunities for individuals 55 and over via Retired and Senior Volunteer Program, Seniors and Volunteers in Childhood Immunization and Senior Leadership training program.
